Join a dedicated construction team in Albany, OR as a Construction Laborer and play an essential part in exterior siding replacement and installation projects.As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled crew members by performing vital tasks that ensure a successful project. Youll work outdoors, moving efficiently and safely to help transform and improve exteriors with your effort and teamwork.What You'll Do As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for: Removing and disposing of existing exterior siding and related materials. Assisting with the installation of new exterior siding. Preparing exterior surfaces for siding installation. Measuring, carrying, positioning, and organizing construction materials. Using basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. Setting up and cleaning work areas throughout the project. Following instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members. Maintaining a safe and organized job site. Performing other general construction labor duties as needed.What Youll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous construction, siding, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment. Comfort working outdoors and around active construction areas. Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a crew.
