Job Description
The Temporary Post Production Manager supports all photo post-production. As a key contributor in our overall media workflow, they excel as a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. They will act as the in-house digital tech by supporting all on-location and in-studio productions. This role acts as a main hub for all still media assets, organizing, uploading, and distributing photos as needed to cross-functional teams for use. The Temporary Post Production Manager is responsible for the end-to-end workflow and technical needs that will ensure the final photo outputs are exceptional in quality and cohesive with the company's visual branding guidelines. They are exceptionally detail oriented, hyper-organized, collaborative, and a resourceful problem-solver.
This position reports to the Director of Creative Operations. This is a full-time, hybrid in-office position located in Burlingame, CA, which will require a minimum of three days a week and as needed in-office and on location.
What you'll do:
- Attend all photo shoots and assist with overall on-set production
- Coordinate with team of remote photo editors based in Manila
- Manage the end-to-end workflow for a high volume of still assets during the team's peak season, from pre-production to post-production
- Liaise between Art Directors and Photo Editors to ensure that review and approval occurs at critical times
- Oversee asset retouching by communicating retouching notes and delivery of color proofs
- Ensure quality control of all deliverables against brand and retouching guidelines with a strong eye and attention to detail
- Maintain an organized digital asset management system for all still imagery, ensure all still imagery is accounted for on all web platforms and deliver all assets to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Art Directors for consultation on style components for campaign shoots - wardrobe, general props, overall aesthetic
- Maintain annual budget for photo post-production costs
- Undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce, production and/or photo editing
- Experience with photoshoots
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA or Clickup preferred)
- Should have digital asset management system experience (Widen preferred)
- Must be experienced with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Must be experienced with DSLR cameras setup and shooting tethered
- Excellent communication skills to work with a variety of people from creatives to outside vendors and production teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skill
Note: This is a temporary position, expected to last through September, 2026.

The base pay rate for this position is: $48.00-$60.00 per hour.
