Kodiak is currently looking for an organized, hands-on Temporary Producer to join our Content team. In this role, you’ll manage photo and video productions across brand, social, digital, and other marketing channels—from pre-production planning through shoot execution and final delivery.

You’ll work closely with Creative and Marketing while coordinating the freelancers, vendors, talent, crew, budgets, timelines, and logistics needed to bring great content to life. We’re looking for someone who knows how to keep a production organized, solve problems as they come up, and keep projects moving without losing sight of the creative goal.

What will this position do?

  • Manage assigned photo and video productions from pre-production through final delivery, keeping projects on track with creative needs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate production logistics, including locations, talent, crew, freelancers, vendors, equipment, travel, props, products, schedules, and other shoot needs.
  • Manage production budgets and expenses for assigned shoots, including cost tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor expenses.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage freelancers, crew, vendors, and other external production partners.
  • Provide hands-on support during shoots, coordinating schedules, talent, crew, and production details while troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Partner with Creative and Marketing to translate creative briefs into executable production plans and coordinate post-production through final delivery.
  • Keep internal teams and external partners aligned on schedules, expectations, changes, and next steps.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media production, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience producing photo and video content across brand, social, digital, advertising, or other marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing productions from pre-production through final delivery, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and multiple priorities.
  • Experience sourcing and managing freelancers, vendors, talent, crew, locations, and other production resources.
  • Experience managing shoot budgets and production expenses.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly when production needs or priorities change.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts and briefs into practical production plans.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com and NetSuite is helpful but not required.

What else do I need to know?
