Job Description

TEMPORARY POSITION- Anticipated Openings

The City of College Park anticipates future openings to supplement the Department of Public Works - Landscaping Crew and is seeking to identify qualified candidates in advance. This posting is for future hiring needs and does not represent a current vacancy.

The hours are 6:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., three to five days per week. The hourly pay is $15.00; no benefits are provided. Primary duties include pulling weeds, cleaning up after more extensive landscape work, and other basic landscaping functions.

Required qualifications are:

Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and be on your feet for several hours per day.
Able to work outside in the heat and adverse weather conditions.
