Temporary Supply Chain Service Specialist

If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:

• Process drop-ship purchase orders for assigned suppliers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with service level expectations.*
• Maintain current and accurate delivery timelines by updating ETAs on all open orders within SAP.*
• Monitor open orders to support timely shipment, invoicing, and issue resolution.*
• Clean up parked or blocked invoices to maintain accurate financial processing.*
• Collaborate closely with supplier partners and internal sales teams to support pipeline activity.*
• Serve as a reliable point of contact, responding to inquiries and supporting day-to-day purchasing operations.

• Proficiency with Excel and comfort working in ERP systems*
• Experience supporting purchasing, supply chain, or distribution operations preferred*

• Professional communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
