This Temp-to-Hire opportunity provides stability and a clear path for advancement into leadership roles.As a Warehouse Worker, youll:
- Receive, inspect, and process telecommunications equipment, ensuring products are free from visible defects.*
- Utilize barcode scanners to accurately track serial and part numbers.*
- Pack and label items according to detailed specifications, including handling Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive materials and weight limits.*
- Use ERP systems such as SAP to maintain precise inventory records.*
- Perform light assembly tasks using hand tools when needed.*
- Store inventory following company guidelines and safety protocols.*
- Occasionally operate pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials (forklift certification not required).
- Prior warehouse experience, especially in telecommunications (preferred).*
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems like SAP.*
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.*
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work comfortably in standing/bending positions.*
- High school diploma or GED.*
- Excellent communication skills in English.*
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Experience working specifically in telecommunications warehouse environments.*
- Forklift operation experience.
