Are you a dynamic leader who thrives on building strong relationships and connecting with a wide range of individuals? 21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full‑time Territory Aftermarket Manager to join our passionate management team. This position will be responsible for covering the Scottsbluff, Sidney, and Torrington locations and is able to office out of any of these locations.
Compensation
Pay: $90,000-$120,000 per year

What Your Day Is Like
As a Territory Aftermarket Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the Parts and Service Management teams
- Engage in ag‑tech early‑recruitment efforts and maintain strong relationships with regional schools
- Monitor technician performance and production to ensure alignment with company goals
- Optimize CSR utilization and contribute to annual budget planning
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental profitability
- Drive consistent execution of parts and service processes across your territory

What's Needed
- 3+ years of experience in John Deere Parts or Service Department operations
- Ability to manage and motivate both individuals and teams
- Strong knowledge of salary and commission‑based compensation
- Basic understanding of financial principles related to Parts and Service operations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions (heat, cold, blizzards)
- Ability to climb ladders or crawl under equipment when needed
