Job Description

ITU AbsorbTech has an exciting sales and account management position in the Greensburg, IN area. In this position, you will perform sales activities to secure new accounts and manage large accounts (that may include private businesses, educational facilities, government agencies, etc.) to maximize the growth and retention of these accounts. The territory will consist of portions of Southern Indiana, Kentucky, Southern Illinois, and St. Louis, Missouri. *Candidate must live within 1 hour from our Greensburg location.

In this role, you will:

- Generate appointments through warm calls, phone work, referrals, leads, and in-person.
- Travel throughout assigned territory
- Conduct sales in the field via face-to-face interactions with potential and existing customers
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Complete facility assessments with customers
- Manage assigned accounts and build customer relationships

Schedule:8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, hours vary based on travel and business needs.

Work Location: This position works onsite at our Greensburg office, when not in the field meeting with customers.

Pay: Our compensation package is a combination of salary and opportunities for commissions, plus quarterly and annual bonuses. Average total compensation for year one is $72,000-$80,000. After year one, average compensation over $120,000 annually.

Travel:This is a road warrior position, where most of the time is spent in the field meeting with customers. Average of 2500-4000 miles driven a month.
