Job Description

Title: Test & Evaluation Lab Tech Location: Berkeley, MO Contract: 12+ Months Salary Range: $30-35/hr on w2

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2
5 years of experience building electrical products
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

10 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with system integration and fabrication
Familiarity with test readiness reviews and documenting results

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design, fabricate, and analyze test systems, materials, and components
Coordinate test requirements and determine test methods and capabilities
Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory and test-related problems
Coach and train team members
