JOB TITLE: Test & Evaluation Engineer 4 - Electrical/Electronic TestingLOCATION: El Segundo, CAPAY RATE: $88.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

• Support development and verification of test methods

• Develop and execute detailed test procedures

• Define instrumentation and configuration to minimize risk within test plan constraints

• Design test hardware, software, and systems to meet requirements

• Troubleshoot calibration systems issues of limited scope and impact

• Perform automated testing and troubleshoot hardware and software anomalies

• Analyze, process, and format test data to customer requirements

• Review nominal and off-nominal data for accuracy and quality prior to delivery

• Prepare and publish test reports

• Present test results internally

• Archive data and reports

• Work under general direction from test leads

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance (not required to start)

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science

• 7+ years of experience working with specialized test equipment and instrumentation using electrical engineering test methodologies

• 7+ years of experience performing automated testing and troubleshooting electronics equipment, hardware, and software

• Experience using C#-based software tools

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Ability to crouch and maneuver in tight production environments

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
