Job Description
Job Title: Test Engineer I Job ID: 27773 Duration: 12 Months Location: 250 Client Dr Bldg 1 Lafayette Colorado 80026 Pay Range: $35.00 - 40.00/hr on W2Required Skills:
- Experience with Verification & Validation (V&V) testing, including:
- Developing/executing test protocols
- Documenting test results and reports
- Understanding requirements, acceptance criteria, sample size, and TMV concepts
- Strong technical problem-solving skills:
- Analyze test data
- Troubleshoot test failures
- Perform root cause analysis
- Experience or knowledge of reprocessing and sterilization testing:
- Autoclave sterilization processes
- Evaluating product performance after processing
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test methods for medical devices.
- Create and maintain test protocols, procedures, and reports.
- Perform verification testing and document results according to requirements.
- Analyze test data and identify potential improvements.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
- Work with R&D teams on product testing and validation activities.
- Support sterilization/reprocessing evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Related engineering/technical discipline
- 0–2 years of relevant engineering/testing experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, CO 4 days per week.
