Test Technician - 2Nd Shift

A 2nd‑shift Test Technician is needed to support antenna testing across several areas, including antenna pattern measurements in anechoic chambers, RF network analyzer testing, dynamic shock and vibration testing, and thermal cycling and thermal vacuum testing. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all testing is performed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF and environmental testing, including vibration, shock, thermal, and thermal‑vacuum evaluations.

• Coordinate with external laboratories when additional testing is required.

• Compile, review, and maintain accurate and complete test data.

• Assist in writing test procedures.

• Help organize and maintain test equipment and fixtures.

• Travel to outside test labs may be required.

Knowledge and Skills

• Hands‑on experience testing antennas in an anechoic chamber and operating RF network analyzers.

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and reliable record‑keeping.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.

• U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
