• Operate compact-track loaders and skid steers safely while following all safety procedures
• Perform daily equipment maintenance, including greasing, oil and fluid checks, and visual inspections
• Complete inspection paperwork and document issues with photos and written details
• Provide feedback regarding prototype equipment operation and performance
• Perform minor machine repairs as needed
• Communicate equipment concerns and testing results with development technicians
• Lead test drives during second-shift coverage when required and maintain a clean, organized work area

What You Need to Bring to the Test Track Operator Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of construction equipment operation experience required
• Skid steer loader or track loader experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work outdoors and around machinery in varying conditions
• Ability to stand, squat/kneel, push/pull, and perform physical job duties throughout an 8-hour shift
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to the Grand Rapids area
