Now Hiring: Onboarding Agent / Testing Proctor / Customer Support (Full-Time, Onsite – Sandy, UT)

$16–$19/hour

No nights or weekends!

Monday - Friday:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Full time)

We're hiring a Onboarding Agent / Testing Proctor / Customer Support to support candidates through their exam experience-from check-in to completion. If you're reliable, friendly, and love helping people, this could be a great fit for you.

What You Will Do:

Welcome and guide candidates through the testing process
Proctor exams and ensure a secure, professional environment
Answer calls and assist with questions or issues
Provide calm, helpful customer service (even under pressure!)
Work with your team to improve the testing experience

Strong communication and people skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
Comfortable following processes and handling responsibility
Problem-solver with a positive attitude
Bilingual is a plus (not required!)
