Position: Testing Proctor / Onboarding Agent / Customer Service Location: Sandy, UT (Onsite, In-Person) Compensation: $16-$19/hour Schedule Options:

Monday through Friday • 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM MT

At Prov, you'll support test takers through the exam and onboarding process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you'll enjoy a collaborative, supportive atmosphere, competitive pay, and perks like a 401(k) plan and a fully stocked snack and drink room.

What You'll Do As a Testing Proctor and Onboarding Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our candidates. Key responsibilities include:

• Proctoring exams and maintaining a secure and professional testing environment
• Guiding candidates through onboarding and test day procedures
• Answering phone calls and assisting with questions or issues
• Providing empathetic, solutions-focused customer service
• Collaborating with other departments to continuously improve the candidate experience

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding Prov's standards of integrity and excellence.
