Textile Manufacturing Technician

Join Sentec's growing team as a Textile Manufacturing Technician, crafting our proprietary Electrical Impedance Tomography belts. These highly specialized belts provide continuous, real-time lung monitoring data, allowing care teams to personalize ventilation strategies for each patient and provide non-invasive care.

In this role, you will work closely with the production and quality teams to manufacture and package products using assembly line processes and equipment, all while upholding the high quality standards of the medical device industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical device components in a controlled environment, following detailed work instructions and specifications.
• Use fixtures, hand/power tools and sewing machines, following the provided training and instructions.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure assembled devices meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow all regulatory and company standards, including FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable
• Detail oriented and committed to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with people across multiple teams.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Home or industrial sewing experience is a plus.
