Job Description
Our client, is a Bio Tech company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineering - 10 for their Troy, MI/Sparks, NV location.Responsibilities:
- The Industrial Engineer will analyze, design, and improve engineering systems and operational processes related to vehicle development, testing, and validation. The role applies industrial engineering principles, data analysis, and model-based methods to enhance efficiency, quality, reliability, and resource utilization across engineering operations.
- Analyze engineering workflows, testing processes, and system performance to identify efficiency improvements and reduce variability.
- Develop and evaluate analytical models and simulations using MATLAB/Simulink to support process optimization and system validation.
- Support model-based development and verification activities, including MIL, SIL, and HIL testing, to improve validation efficiency and reliability.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test and diagnostic data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and support test operations across laboratory, proving ground, and field environments, ensuring effective use of equipment and resources.
- Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams to translate analytical findings into process and system improvements.
- Develop standardized procedures, documentation, and reports to ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Conduct benchmarking and comparative analysis against internal targets and industry standards.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for engineering stakeholders to support data driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with engineering modeling, simulation, and data driven process improvement
- Minimum 3 years work experience
