Day to day as a The Retreat- Assistant Manager-Leasing and Marketing

As the Assistant Manager of Leasing and Marketing at The Retreat, your daily responsibilities will revolve around ensuring an exceptional leasing experience for residents and prospective tenants. Expect to engage actively with visitors, conducting property tours and addressing inquiries to showcase the community's unique offerings. You'll collaborate with the management team to implement marketing strategies, attract new tenants, and maintain high occupancy rates. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some weekends required based on occupancy and outreach events. In addition to these core tasks, you'll be expected to assist in coordinating resident events and activities, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
