The Willcox Restaurant Manager

The Willcox is a historic boutique hotel and restaurant known for timeless hospitality, gracious service, and exceptional cuisine. We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help create memorable dining experiences while supporting daily operations and driving results.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure service and quality standards.

• Support the General Manager in achieving budget goals, building sales, and controlling costs.

• Lead, train, and develop staff through hands-on coaching and clear communication.

• Act as maître d’ to deliver warm, attentive guest service that exceeds expectations.

• Monitor payroll, labor costs, and inventory to ensure financial targets are met.

• Uphold The Willcox’s standards for hospitality, quality, and team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale or fine dining preferred).

• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and basic accounting.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
