We are a nonprofit, community-based counseling agency that offers therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and community education to people of all ages. For over forty years, CYN's collaborative team has provided critical services that change the lives of thousands.

Therapeutic Mentor

CYN is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor to work with justice involved youth, 11-18 years of age. Mentoring is performed one on one in community based settings. The Mentor will receive training on two evidenced based programs as well as ongoing training throughout their employment. Are you able to establish constructive relationships, exhibit good boundaries, and be an appropriate role model for their mentee? If so, you may be a fit for our Mentor position! Candidate should be flexible, creative, engaging, and able to meet with youth after school hours. Candidate will be working independently as well as with a team of other mentors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field
