Job Description

Therapist – Adolescent Residential Treatment

Project Patch | Garden Valley, Idaho

Project Patch is seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our Joint Commission–accredited adolescent residential treatment center in beautiful Garden Valley, Idaho. This is an onsite position, about an hour North of Boise.

We believe meaningful work should support your life—not consume it—so we offer flexible scheduling options including 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweeks.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $75,000-$80,000 depending on licensure and experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Clinical Environment

Average caseload: 6–8 residents
Provide individual, group, and family therapy
Facilitate DBT-informed groups
Apply Trauma-Informed Care principles facility-wide
Weekly communication with parents/guardians
Multidisciplinary team collaboration
Paid supervision toward licensure

We are licensed by the State of Idaho and accredited by The Joint Commission. Our structured, relationship-centered program serves adolescents ages 12–17 whose needs exceed community-based care. Project Patch is a Christian organization. We integrate faith-informed values while honoring clinical best practices and professional ethical standards.

Qualifications

LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT (or associate/licensure-eligible)
Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
Passion for working with adolescents
Comfort working within a Christian, faith-based organization committed to ethical clinical standards
