Outpatient PT Assignment Length- 15 or 18 Weeks Start Date: Mid-Late October Shift: 4x10 or 5x8 Days- No Weekends Years of Experience: 1 First Timers Accepted: Yes- Certs REQ: BLS, AK PT License Skills REQ: Per UD Is on-call REQ: No Weekend REQ:Yes- Some Saturdays Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: N/a Open to accommodating block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No- Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: Yes,RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal Unit Information neuro/ortho patients and medically complex patients in an OUTPATIENT setting.
