Therapy/Rehabilitation/OT Acute Care Hospital:Duration:13 Weeks Start:03/16/2026 Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)Description: Therapy/Rehabilitation/Occupational Therapy (OT) professionals in an acute care hospital evaluate and treat patients with injuries, illnesses, or post-surgical conditions to restore functional independence. They assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Interventions focus on improving mobility, self-care, safety, and adaptive skills needed for daily living. Therapists collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support safe discharge planning. They educate patients and caregivers on exercises, equipment use, and energy-conservation strategies. Documentation of patient progress and outcomes is completed in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. Looking for and OT to work 5x8 days with every 4th weekend. Must have previous NICU experience Must have license or already applied.
