Unit tries to keep most of the PT's workload in one area whether it's OP or IP, but they need to be flexible to work where the needs are since sometimes it'll cross over and cover other areas.
"Bird's eye view is that we have 3 OP PT clinics and the need for IP as well. Depending on staffing we shift and cover as needed. "

The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. This role works collaboratively with providers and care teams across acute, outpatient, and/or long-term care settings.
