Position / Specialty: Physical Therapist - both inpatient/outpatientStart date: ASAP - at least two weeks from offer for complianceShift: 5x8 0800-1700Ratios: 1:6Years of experience REQ: 2First-timers accepted: NoWeekend REQ: NO WEEKENDS (M-F position)Certs REQ: BLS, State LicenseIs on-call REQ? NoWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YesOpen to accommodating block schedule? YES; this is a M-F positionLocals accepted: YES; no radius rulePending License accepted: No, but COMPACT LIC ACCEPTED. If no compact or state license, MT state license takes 8 weeks to obtain.RTO Restrictions: No RTO within first two weeks due to orientation; limit RTO to one weekGuaranteed Hours: YES;8 and 10 hr shifts
