Outpatient PT - Portland, ORProvidence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Shift: 4 x 8hr
  • Ratios: 1:15-25
  • Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required
  • First-Timers Accepted: No
  • Weekend REQ: No
  • Certs REQ: BCLS
  • Is On-Call REQ?: No
  • Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No
  • Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
  • Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
  • Pending License Accepted: Yes
  • RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Special Requirements

  • Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
  • Experience with Geriatric population highly preferred
  • EPIC experience required
