We are a community-focused outpatient clinic providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, developmental classes, and community events to children up to 21 years of age. PMC has over 4.5+ star rating from our clients on all media platforms.POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking energetic and reliable therapy technicians with a strong desire to help patients and to work with our exceptional staff of PTs, OTs, and SLPs in providing services to children up to age 21 in a fun and educational atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties Include

  • Communicate effectively with parents and patients
  • Provide safe, effective warm-ups under the direction of therapists
  • Educate clients and families with demonstration, verbalization, and visual aids
  • Transition patients from waiting room to treatment areas
  • Maintain equipment as needed
  • Basic office, cleaning and laundry tasks

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience with personal training, athletic training, special needs or therapy is a plus
  • MUST be friendly, compassionate, energetic, organized, self-driven, independent learner and team oriented.
  • Experience working with children is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written

Job Demands

Moderate physical demands may include, but not be limited to assistance with set up and break down of equipment, the ability to transition on/off of floor to interact with children, demonstration of basic exercises, and spotting children while performing activities in the gym.

Salary

$15.00 per hour
