- 7–10 years of experience in Docker and Kubernetes administration and deployment
- Strong expertise in AWS EKS and EC2 services
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO Platform and other TIBCO Integration Suites
- Solid understanding of networking and security concepts
- Experience using observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Proven ability to independently drive technical delivery with minimal supervision
- Excellent documentation skills and a strong track record of stakeholder collaboration
- Python scripting and automation experience
- Exposure to AI/ML development
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Design, implement, and configure the TIBCO platform, including Control Tower data plane setup and management for on-premises and cloud environments. This includes provisioning and configuring all required software for new TIBCO environments.
- Develop and maintain best-practice documentation for each solution and design approach.
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams at Client to ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Collaborate with the Client team to define data plane architecture and implement observability dashboards.
- Migrate existing BW5 and BW6 applications to containers.
- Set up Control Tower data planes for existing BW5 and BW6 environments.
