Tier 2 Video Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Tier 2 Video Technician to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA and provide end-user support. This technician will work the hours of 6:00am to 3:00pm. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive video conference rooms and Surface Hub systems uptime utilizing daily checks Respond quickly to incidents and assist in person Perform video conferencing hardware and systems repair and build Open, manage, and close / escalate incidents in ServiceNow Monitor incident and preventative maintenance queue Drive systems uptime Continuously improve, train, and shadow Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of IT experience Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Must be reliable and punctual Must be a team player Must be able to follow directions and be dependable Great verbal and written communication skills Must be mechanically inclined Must be able to lift up to 60lbs and travel the building on foot Will be working with basic set of tools Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $22.00 - $31.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
