Welder Hiring immediately! Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 1st Shift 7am - 3:30pm Pay: $23/hr (Based on Experience) We're looking for a detail-oriented welder to join our team and help bring custom CAD-driven designs to life. This is a full-time role where welding is the primary responsibility, with opportunities to grow your skills in inventory, customer communication, and software use. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding work according to custom CAD designs and exact specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers when needed
- Assist with inventory tracking and management
- Learn and utilize company-specific software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day
- Multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
