Job Title: WelderLocation: Saint Joseph, MNCompensation: $18.00–$24.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st shift | Monday–FridayJob Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers for a leading fabrication/manufacturing company in Saint Joseph, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce quality metal components and support a skilled, hands-on manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with tools, reading blueprints, and building your technical skills, this could be an excellent long-term fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Welder:

• Set up, operate, and tend welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
• Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces and fabricated metal components
• Lay out, fit, or connect parts using accurate measurements
• Identify and correct issues by adjusting machine controls or stopping machinery as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• Must have at least 6 months TIG Weld experience within the last 2 years
• Must have experience using power & hand tools
• Must have experience using blueprints or schematics 
• Interest in manufacturing and growing within the company
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Willingness to assist in other areas of the production facility as needed
• Reliable transportation to the Saint Joseph, MN area
