Job Title: Tire & Oil TechnicianLocation: Kenesaw, NE Pay: $18.00 $19.00/hour (DOE)Shift: Day Shift Monday through Friday, 7/8 AM 5/6 PMOvertime: Some Saturdays (8: 00 AM 12: 00 PM) and extended hours during busy seasonsJob Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are hiring a Tire & Oil Technician to perform tire services, general vehicle maintenance and preventative care on vehicles and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is mechanically inclined and wants to build a career in automotive service. No experience required;training provided.Key Responsibilities
- Perform tire services including mounting, balancing and repairs
- Complete oil changes and general vehicle maintenance
- Conduct vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Work on a variety of vehicles and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Assist team members as needed to support shop operations
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working with hands and on vehicles
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or related experience)
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings and weekends during peak seasons
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift, carry and move heavy materials
- Ability to stand, bend and work in a shop environment for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- Automotive/shop setting
- Indoor and outdoor work as needed
- No experience required training provided
