Job Description
The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a Tire Claims Specialist with Rallye Mercedes Benz! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position with an outstanding team, with excellent customer service experience to play a key role in ensuring a seamless and personalized automotive experience. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with automotive service experience.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians regarding tire claims with tire damage coverage.
- Handle paperwork for all tire claims for coverage and payment.
- Submit paperwork with the claims carrier for payments quickly and efficiently.
- Follow up with claims to ensure they are being processed correctly.
- Check with parts for tire pricing and availability.
- Effectively communicate with both vendors and customers on claims status.
- Assist in service administration functions. Included but not limited to: loaner car responsibilities, reception, and scanning.

PAY RANGE: $22 PER HOUR
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous cashier, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Possess basic computer & phone skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft, and Google Suites; and experience with CDK.
- Experience with effectively and politely interacting with customers and other employees.
