Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Title Insurance Processor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, great customer service, and understand the urgency of responding to emails and requests in a timely manner.

Duties

Review and process title insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Schedule closings, prepare closing packages, and make arrangements for outside closers to attend off-site closings.
Communicate via email and/or phone with all parties related to the transaction to facilitate smooth transaction flow.

Skills

Effective communication skills for coordinating with various persons involved in real estate transactions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing documents.
Ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing.
Familiar with software a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
