Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to expand our presence in Osceola and Polk Counties and nearby Central Florida markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with real estate professionals, generating new business, and supporting existing clients with the exceptional service The Closing Agent is known for.
You will work closely with senior leadership, regional management, and legal counsel to ensure agent success and compliance while delivering meaningful value to the marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting relationships with agents and referral partners within Osceola and Polk Counties, with expansion into adjacent markets as needed.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities and enhancing service delivery.
  • Identify, research, and qualify for new prospective agents throughout assigned counties.
  • Secure new business through effective outreach and compelling presentations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic call plan tailored to the Osceola/Polk corridor and surrounding areas.
  • Represent The Closing Agent at local real estate associations, networking groups, community events, and industry programs.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the Real Estate, lending, and builder communities.
  • Deliver dynamic, audience-appropriate presentations to offices and groups of all sizes.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure Evaluate agent needs and implement tailored solutions that enhance their business effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership and legal counsel to ensure proper agent compliance and alignment with company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in title insurance, real estate, lending, or related industry fields.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales-focused roles.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a field-based, multi-county territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
REASONING ABILITY:
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
