  • Analyze product usage, revenue streams, client segments, and profitability trends.
  • Assist in developing business cases and financial models for new product features or process improvements.
  • Contribute to the build‑out and maintenance of line‑of‑business P&Ls and KPI dashboards.

  • Contribute to initiatives related to digital banking modernization, payments innovation, and operational efficiency.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with TM Sales to understand market needs, client use cases, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Operations and IT to investigate product‑related issues and track resolution.
  • Prepare clear, data‑driven presentations and reports for product leadership.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Interest in Treasury Management, commercial payments, deposits, or financial product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including comfort working with data.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.

What You'll Gain

  • Hands‑on exposure to product lifecycle management within Treasury Management.
  • Experience with commercial payment technologies, digital banking tools, and revenue management.
  • Mentorship from experienced TM product managers and leaders.
  • Opportunities to contribute to meaningful, high‑impact projects supporting business growth.
