We're looking for a joyful, patient, and dedicated Toddler Teacher who wants to make each day meaningful for our little learners.
What You'll Do Every Day
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved, supported, and excited to explore
- Bring TLE's L.E.A.P. Curriculum to life through hands‑on play, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory activities
- Support toddlers as they build independence - from self‑help skills to early problem‑solving
- Guide positive social interactions and help children learn to share, communicate, and express their feelings
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLE's bright, nurturing environment
- Collaborate with a supportive leadership team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
