Job Description

Position Summary

The TDM Program Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Tool Data Management program using TDM Global Line. This position will establish standardized processes for tool data, tool assembly, tool crib management, tool circulation, presetting, machine support, and related production workflows. The role will serve as the primary internal owner of the TDM program and will coordinate activities among Manufacturing, CNC Programming, Tool Crib, Tooling, Quality, Engineering, IT, Purchasing, and external TDM partners. The successful candidate will ensure that TDM becomes an effective, accurate, and routinely used part of the company's manufacturing system.
