Senior Tool & Die MakerPay:$28.00 $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)Location:Catoosa, OK 74015Shift:Day Shift | 5: 00 AM 3: 30 PMJob Type:Full-Time | ManufacturingJob Order #: 123874Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Tool & Die Maker to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. The Senior Tool & Die Maker will build, repair, and maintain progressive, transfer, and/or line dies to ensure high-quality production and minimal downtime.This role requires strong machining knowledge, die troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Tool & Die Maker role includes:

Build, assemble, and fit new dies according to engineering specifications and blueprints
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dies to maintain production quality
Perform preventive maintenance on dies, tools, and fixtures
Operate manual mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment as needed
Perform die spotting, tryouts, adjustments, and fine-tuning
Diagnose tooling issues during production and implement corrective solutions
Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams
Maintain documentation for repairs and maintenance activities
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of Tool & Die experience (building, repairing, maintaining dies)
Strong ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T
Knowledge of stamping processes, die mechanics, and tool steels
Skilled in machining, grinding, polishing, and precision fitting
Proficient with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and precision measuring tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical training or apprenticeship preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Manufacturing/production floor environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, bending, and extended hand use
Overtime may be required based on production needs
