This position is responsible for managing, organizing, and distributing tools, equipment, and supplies to support daily production operations while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring tooling is readily available.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting manufacturing efficiency through effective inventory and tool management.Required Experience & Skills Previous tool room, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong organizational and inventory management skills Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethicEssential Duties & Responsibilities Issue, receive, and track tools, equipment, and supplies for production personnel Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels Inspect tools and equipment for wear, damage, and proper functionality Coordinate tool repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance activities Organize and maintain the tool room to promote a safe and efficient work environment Assist machinists, technicians, and production staff with locating and obtaining required tools and materials Perform inventory counts and document tool usage and inventory transactions Order replacement tools and supplies to support production requirements Follow all company safety procedures and workplace regulations Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance tool room organization and efficiencyPreferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment Knowledge of inventory control and tool tracking systems Experience with material handling and equipment maintenance Strong communication and customer service skills when supporting production teamsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift Ability to safely handle tools, equipment, and inventory while wearing required PPE Comfortable working in a manufacturing environmentWork Environment Manufacturing and machine shop facility Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Exposure to production equipment, tooling, and material handling operations Safety-focused workplace requiring adherence to all company safety policies and PPE requirementsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Stable Monday Friday schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to build inventory and manufacturing support experience Team-oriented environment with opportunities for career growthReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
