Job Description

Primary Purpose: To build and maintain dies, fixtures, and special machines for Musco Manufacturing facilities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:• Be able to program & operate CAD/CAM software systems along with other lathes,• mills, grinders, etc.• Read blue prints• Operate & read measuring equipment such as Micrometers, optical comparators,• thread & plug gages to make sure parts produced are to print• Maintain blank dies• Maintain & repair machines as needed keep production equipment in good running• condition• Make recommendations for ordering the correct tooling & stock needed to produce• parts in a timely manor• Set up & repair other machinery throughout
