- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current on inventory and market trends to inform customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare and process sales paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in used car sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- In-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes and models, including features and benefits.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management and sales processing.
