Top Tube Support Stick Welder 2nd ShiftPay:Starting at $19.60 per hour(DOE)Location:Claremore, OK 74017Shift:Monday Friday | 4: 00 PM FinishJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125967Position OverviewStand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced Top Tube Support Stick Welder to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in Claremore. This position is responsible for performing high-quality Stick (SMAW) welding on top tube support components while meeting production schedules, welding specifications, and quality standards.The ideal candidate has recent Stick welding experience, can interpret fabrication drawings, and is committed to producing quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Required Experience & Skills Recent Stick (SMAW) welding experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic High school diploma or GED preferredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Perform Stick (SMAW) welding on top tube support components Fit, align, and secure metal parts prior to welding Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Grind, clean, and finish welds as required Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe operating condition Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet production goals while maintaining exceptional quality workmanshipPreferred Qualifications Previous structural or heavy industrial welding experience Experience working in fabrication or manufacturing environments Familiarity with welding quality inspection procedures Mechanical aptitude and experience using fabrication toolsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift Ability to safely operate welding equipment while wearing required PPE Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and welding fumesWork Environment Heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment Exposure to welding equipment, heavy steel materials, sparks, heat, and industrial machinery Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on production demandsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay based on experience Stable second-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work on specialized industrial fabrication projects Team-oriented workplace with opportunities to expand your welding skills and advance your careerReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
