Job Description
Position Summary: Supports the organization's compensation and workforce analytics functions. Responsible for compensation analysis, salary administration, market benchmarking, and reporting to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Assists with physician compensation reconciliation and provides workforce analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Working closely with HR leadership, finance, and department leaders, provides data-driven insights that support workforce planning, pay equity, and total rewards strategies.
Experience
Required: 3 years' experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics or related field.
Preferred: Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
License and Credentials
Required: None
Preferred: CCP, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR
Skills
Required: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Knowledge of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis. Ability to translate data into clear insights for leadership. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred: Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics platforms. Familiarity with physician compensation models and productivity metrics (wRVUs).
Hours: Full-time 80 hours per pay period
The minimum starting salary for this position is $75,000 +
