About the Role:
We are looking for a Recovery Agent / Tow Truck Driver / Service call operator to join our team at Carpenter Point S in Brookings, OR. This role involves providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, vehicle recovery and handling service calls in Brookings Oregon and its surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to service calls, and providing roadside assistance such as vehicle lock outs, disabled motorists, jump starts, fuel delivery and tire changes
- Towing vehicles to designated locations
- Operating tow trucks and recovery equipment
- Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Completing paperwork and documenting service calls
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in towing and recovery operations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Have strong mechanical knowledge preferred
