In this dynamic role, you will champion the import and export regulatory processes within the U.S., focusing on precise classification according to international standards, analyzing customs duties, tariffs, and overseeing documentation integrity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in minimizing compliance risks and optimizing cost efficiency. Your responsibilities will include classifying products using detailed data and documentation, calculating applicable duties and taxes, preparing comprehensive import summaries, and ensuring the accurate maintenance of master data in our ERP systems. You will meticulously review and amend shipping documents, create compliance documentation for exports, and coordinate necessary updates with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Staying informed on regulatory changes in trade, HTS, and duty adjustments is essential to your success in this position.
