Trade Finance Operations Coordinator

Location: Scranton, PA, United States Pay Rate: $20.79/hr W2 Duration: 12 Months Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Job Description

This role serves as a first point of contact for clients being onboarded to trade finance products , supporting legal agreement coordination and execution, due diligence validations, technology setup coordination, client inquiries, and potential reporting activities.

The position requires coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete service setup prior to formal go-live transition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, time management, and workflow prioritization skills .

Candidates must demonstrate sound judgment in identifying when escalation or scope changes may be required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required for daily responsibilities.

A background in Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance is preferred but not required.

Desired Skills / Experience

• 3+ years of professional operations experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance experience preferred

• Experience with workflow management, prioritization, and deliverables
• Strong judgment regarding escalations and scope changes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
