Trade Finance Support Analyst

Job Title:  Trade Finance Support Analyst Location: Solon, OH(Onsite)Duration: 12+ Month ContractSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Finance Support Analyst to support Sales and Finance teams by managing trade promotions, financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Support, or Trade Finance and possess strong analytical and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update trade promotions and customer data in XTEL.
• Validate and reconcile trade promotions, deductions, and invoices.
• Prepare and distribute sales and forecasting reports.
• Review forecast accuracy and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Process payments and resolve deduction-related issues.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Account Managers to ensure accurate trade execution.
• Participate in monthly business review meetings and support trade planning activities.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and trade documentation.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Support, Trade Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with trade promotion management or financial reconciliation.
• Knowledge of XTEL or similar trade management systems.
• Experience supporting Sales or Finance teams in a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
