Job Description
We are seeking a Trade Floor Analyst to provide hands-on technical support within a fast-paced financial services environment. This individual will support front-office users by resolving desktop, application, and infrastructure issues while ensuring critical trading technology remains operational.This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to work under pressure while supporting business-critical trading systems.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide real-time desktop support for trading floor users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Install and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals
- Support trading applications including market data platforms
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately
- Document incidents and resolutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams
- Experience supporting a trading floor environment
- Windows desktop administration
- Microsoft Office 365
- Active Directory
