RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide onsite desktop support to front-office users
- Troubleshoot Windows workstations and Microsoft Office applications
- Support trading platforms including Bloomberg and Reuters
- Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Assist with workstation deployments and upgrades
- Prioritize high-impact incidents with urgency
- Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate
- Deliver exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting a trade floor or similar high-pressure environment
- Strong Windows desktop support experience
- Microsoft Office troubleshooting
- Bloomberg support experience
- Reuters support experience
- Understanding of trading technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working onsite full time
- Capital Markets experience
- FIX Protocol knowledge
- ServiceNow experience
- Active Directory administration
- Executive support experience
